Service Description

Gleason Dutkanych & Associates provides one-on-one coaching that can be customized for any member of your fundraising team, whether they are new to fundraising or are a seasoned professional who wants to refine their skills to take their results to the next level. We offer six-week and twelve-week coaching packages, as well as packages with customized timelines. We provide two types of coaching, Project-Based or Skills-Based. PROJECT-BASED COACHING: Let us take a deep dive into a specific project. Your coach will work side-by-side with you to successfully complete your task, whether that be co-writing a grant proposal, developing a new sponsorship package, or conducting prospect research for a campaign. Project support includes: • Development Plans • Grant Proposals • Sponsorship Packages • Annual Appeal Letters • Prospect Research SKILLS-BASED COACHING: Let us help you develop new skills in a specific area of fundraising. We will identify areas for growth and set goals and action items to achieve results. Areas of support include: • Grants / Foundation Relations • Major Gifts • Corporate Funders • How to Make the Ask • How to Empower Volunteer Fundraisers • Cultivation Strategies for Donors / Funders • Best Practices in Stewardship and Donor Retention HOW DOES COACHING WORK? When you sign on as a coaching client, you will receive: • Weekly meetings (in-person, phone or video conferencing). • Identification of goals and action items. • Assessment of progress on an ongoing basis. • Unlimited email communication during period of support.
